True to its name, 1MORE Pizza’s creations are marvellously moreish with top-tier toppings.
The pizza that started it all for 1More is Toast To Our Differences, irresistible with steakhouse-worthy Australian rib-eye beef, roasted seaweed, rocket leaves and San Marzano tomatoes.
Smoke On The Water is smoothly cloaked in succulently thick cured salmon, whipped ricotta, gorgonzola, rocket, dill and fior di latte.
1MORE Pizza’s 72-hour-fermented dough results in satisfyingly light, crisp pizzas, baked in a brick oven for 90 seconds, seasoned with Grana Padano, pecorino, and representing the brand’s Borneo roots, Sarawak black pepper. Pair with a sparkling watermelon cooler.
