Borneo's culinary rhythms have reached REXKL, striking a chord with fans of Sarawakian fare.
The latest kitchen in REXKL's freshly rebranded Food Fiction hub is helmed by Kuching-born Kantin at The Granary. Specialities include Rainforest Fried Rice with battered cauliflower, its green-hued grains infused with tapioca leaves, torch ginger and wild herbs.
Gula Apong Chicken Satay is gently sweet-savoury, smooth and juicy with a light char and luscious peanut sauce, while the Sarawak Laksa supplies solace in a bowl, topped with fresh chicken and prawns on a balanced broth of soulful spices.
Other offerings like ayam pansuh should be available soon; we're hoping for Kantin's unique kacangma pasta too eventually.
