Honey In The Rock is Damansara Kim’s new diamond in the rough, serving twists on Malaysian classics.
The Dry Oxtail Laksa is lip-smacking - like assam laksa that swaps out mackerel for meat, trading sweet-sour soup for thick, spiced curry sauce. The recipe works wonderfully, with smooth rice noodles blanketed in gelatinously fleshy oxtail.
Honey In The Rock replaces Ho Li Chow, now with a pork-free selection. Other options include rice platters with keluak chicken or fried chicken asam gelugor.
