Simplicity is key at Bandar Sunway's new ramen restaurant - the Negi Chashu Ramen sticks to the fundamentals, with thin, firm Hakata-style noodles in classic tonkotsu broth that's milky but not cloying, complete with meltingly tender pork belly, crisp Welsh onions, creamy boiled egg, spicy miso paste, garlic oil and black pepper, easy to enjoy to the final slurp (RM26).
