This could be the neighbourhood's most comforting bowl of noodles: The Fusion Man Ramen fuses Japanese and Chinese sensibilities, resulting in hearty, heartwarming harmony (RM20) - thick, flavoursome noodles, straddling the line between firm and tender, topped with chunky vinegared pork belly, crunchy pork lard, minced pork, egg floss, fuchuk, corn, cucumber and onions, submerged in a richly textured, mellow-tasting pork broth, brightened with fresh lime. We'd happily have this again.
