Fusion fun and flamboyance run riot through the menu: Pasta carbonara is a mound of linguine in a creamy sauce, crowned with a Parmesan crisp, complemented by smoked duck, embellished with blue pea petals for a splash of cobalt (RM26), while the signature rice bowl is a don to devour, topped with ebiko in torched mentaiko sauce, layered with smoked salmon, carrots, radish and spring onions over sushi rice (RM20).
