Poultry gets a playful glow-up at Shimmer Shine: Roast chicken is dressed in Ethiopian coffee bean powder for a bit of bitter depth to balance out thick-creamed spaghetti carbonara (RM25), while chicken liver is served sweetbread-style, panko-crumbed and balsamic-glazed, with garlic aioli over crostini for a fun-enough snack (RM15). Pair the coffee chicken with an espresso-and-tonic (RM10).
