Steaks finished with fiery flamboyance, for tableside thrills and theatrics.
The 3 Dukes' OP ribs (nearly RM195 for about 770 grams) are first grilled in the kitchen, then brought out, seasoned, sauced and torched as you watch, according to your preferred doneness. Remember to remove the meat from sizzling pan after the flames have fizzled out to prevent overcooking.
The bone-in cut is fresh, chunky and juicy - it should satisfy your carnivorous cravings. Note though that this restaurant is a shisha haven, which might be a distraction for the senses. But it's still worth checking out, with a solid menu and friendly crew.
