Qooqqut Nuan is one of Greenland's most unique restaurants, located in a deserted island settlement that's accessible by a one-hour boat ride from Greenland's capital of Nuuk. The kitchen practises a catch-and-eat philosophy - customers can fish in the fjords during their voyage to the restaurant, then hand the Arctic char to the team here for them to cook. The result is a fabulously fresh, surprisingly delicious meal, prepared with abundant heart and skill.
