Taste & Flavor Kitchen represents a home-kitchen initiative to supply cafes with meals that can be served to customers; it's helpful specifically for outlets without a full kitchen that want to provide warm food to complement their cakes, coffee & tea.
Chef Senny, who trained at KL's Cilantro Culinary Academy, & his two friends Grace & Yee offer specialities such as lasagna (available in two flavours, original & spicy chicken - we especially like the latter, which is pretty rich & savoury). Taste & Flavor Kitchen prepares & freezes the lasagnas for the cafes, which only need to reheat the food for several minutes before serving.
Baked chicken legs are available too, in crowd-pleasing BBQ Oriental & Black Pepper flavours, partnered with gravies, easy to serve, without any hassle of cleaning up the kitchen.
