Honouring the heritage of one of Asia's oldest trading routes, the Grand Trunk Road Food Festival takes diners on a journey from Kabul to Kolkata, now until 10 November 2024, 6pm to 10pm for dinner daily, 12pm to 3:30pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
From the vivid smokiness of Peshawari grills to the vibrant spices of Punjabi curries, the soulful warmth of Awadhi biryanis to the rich beauty of Bengali sweets, each recipe embraces the essence of South Asian tastes and textures.
The buffet is priced at RM79 per person from Mondays to Thursdays, RM84 per person from Fridays to Sundays, at Barbeque Nation on Level 9, Pavilion KL.
Chef Kamal Negi, currently based in the United Arab Emirates, is helming this festival, curating sumptuous specialities to spotlight his passion in regional Indian cuisine.
