Yellow Brick Road, The Red Beanbag and Wizards

This trio of popular cafes - Yellow Brick Road in Damansara Heights, The Red Beanbag in Solaris Dutamas, and Wizards in Imbi - might be best known for their Melbourne-inspired brunches, but they also promise tantalising Malaysian-inflected twists - Yellow Brick Road, for example, offers Balik Kampung (percik chicken with turmeric rice, mango kerabu salad and a poached egg), while The Red Beanbag has Rendang Burgembira (a sesame burger bun with rendang sous-vide chicken thigh, traditional tempeh and curry chips). Hawker Hall
