Spicy lamb merguez sausages, juiced up with flavor, with fire-roasted pumpkin & chimichurri.
Chicken is far from humdrum at Cedar; this organic breast meat (RM45++) comes alive with herb-nourished fragrances, its grilled tenderness complemented by a carbohydrate-rich timbale of polenta & oats, salsa verde & mushroom confit.
Malt-glazed venison leg with braised garlic & celeriac mash (RM65++). Liquor lovers of a particular persuasion might like the deep, creamy taste of this one.
Pasta pleasure, pure & simple: Orechiette with pink seared duck breast, asparagus, cherry tomatoes & fresh sage (RM50++).
Coming full circle by finishing with more beef: West Aussie Outback organic sirloin steak, prepared perfectly rare for a bloody good time, an alluring hunk of 220 grams for RM70++, with Cognac-laced green peppercorn sauce.
Bring on the booze: Mango Tango (London Dry Hill, chili, monin spicy mango, soda), Pandan Runner (Matusalem Platino, screw pine, green apple, monin cucumber), Lychee Mojito & Chianti.
